Who Are We?
Since 1852, Muncie Baptist Church has been "Growing God's Kingdom" right here in East Central Illinois. We're a friendly, small town church, and we welcome people to join us in a wonderful fellowship of believers and followers of Jesus. The focus of our worship is the proclaimation of God's Word.
Pastor Todd Creason became our Senior Pastor in February of 2024, and we welcome his pastoral leadership and strong preaching. Josh Hunsberger has been our Youth Pastor since September of 2014, and he leads a thriving group of enthusiastic young believers.
Our members come from Muncie, and the surrounding area community. We are a mission-minded church that supports both local mission needs like the Oakwood Food Pantry and Christian mission work throughout the world.
Sunday Service:
Sunday School for adults and kids begins at 9 AM. We have have refreshments in our Fellowship Hall from 9:40 until our worship service begins at 10 AM. The Youth Group meets at 6 PM on Sundays. Office Hours:
Pastor Todd and our secretary Paula Mitchell keep office hours on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 9 AM to Noon. Pastor Todd is available at other times by appointment.
