Welcome to Muncie Baptist Church

Serving Christ since 1852

Muncie is a small church with a big heart.    Muncie church is committed to the Great Commission, both local, national and international missions.   We have a passion for serving Jesus and others.  Local missions provide help to Oakwood students' school supplies,   Christmas gifts are provided in cooperation with the school social worker.   Muncie Baptist Church is involved with the Oakwood Food Pantry which provides weekly food distributions every Tuesday.  The Church helps local people who are in need of help.    Decisions to help others who need help are reviewed by the Missions Committee.

Highlights in our year include choir musicals during the Christmas and Easter Seasons.   Vacation Bible School is held each Summer.  About 50 children ages 5 to 11 usually participate.

The "Live Nativity" presented  for over 35 years is presented each year in December.   An estimated 900 people view this one night  presentation.
